A Fatjo & Co. Development
The Fatjo family is the owner and developer of Stablewood Springs Resort. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, Tom Fatjo, a Houstonian, was the initial developer of the Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa in Houston, Texas. His vision included a 288-room hotel and meeting facility on the Bayou, a 32,000-square-foot state-of-the-art Productivity Center, a 125,000-square-foot Health & Fitness Facility and Spa, as well as a 28-floor, 153-unit high rise condominium all nestled in an 18-acre wooded enclave in the heart of the city. After 30 years, The Houstonian still shines in terms of health, innovation and luxury, voted The Nation’s Top Fitness Center by USA Today and America’s Healthiest Hotel by Health Magazine, among other accolades.

With the same philosophy and passion that made The Houstonian number one, the Fatjo family is determined to create, nurture and build Stablewood Springs Resort into a world-class destination resort in the Hill Country of Texas.
